AT&T Ranks No. 1 in Customer Service Survey Recent Vocalabs Survey Reveals Top Ranking in Customer Satisfaction

Dallas , Texas , — For the second consecutive quarter, ATT ranks highest in customer service satisfaction according to the National Customer Service Survey (NCSS) by Vocalabs. Vocalabs’ research shows that in the fourth quarter of 2011, 69 percent of ATT customers surveyed were “Very Satisfied” with their customer service calls. Similarly, ATT customers also reported the highest level of satisfaction with the company’s customer service representatives and the automated part of the customer service call.
